Can i make a road specific only for trucks ?

The project consists of various roads in a city and one of the main roads will split in a different direction from the others. So, when this road splits into Y network i need only trucks to be able to go that way, not any of the other vehicles.

Sure. Just select the lane sections you want to edit and go to the Lane tab (or select the lane tags). You can then switch on and off the vehicle types that may pass or not.
