How do I get a new serial for SplinePatch for Cinema R15

I have bought the SplinePatch plugin and here is the serial that I get;  002907410464

When I try to download the update with the new 11 digits (14500005378) of cinema4D R15

it dont work! The only thing I can think is that I have a new email adres.

I hope you will help me.
